In 2007, SINOTRUK listed in Hong Kong. Its parent company, CNHTC was built in 1956, as the first heavy truck manufacturer of China.
In 1983, CNHTC brought in STYRE heavy truck project from Austria, being the first China truck company comprehensively brought in foreign technology and management.It not only significantly enhanced the technical level of CNHTC, but also had a profound impact on the whole Chinese heavy truck industry. In 2009, SINOTRUK established strategic cooperative relationship with the German MAN company, bringing in MAN technology on engines, axles and the chassis, and gained the new leap of its technical level.
