Shanxi Gaoke Magnetic-Electronic Co., Ltd. is specializes in specalies in producing Sintered NdFeB permanent Magnet, our product range is from N35, N38, N40, N42, N45,N48,N50,N52,N35H, N38H, N40H and etc, also we have one advantage-we can make mould by ourselves, which enable us proudcing any sizes and shapes, the size could be from minimum 1mm to maximal 150mm, and the shapes includes Cylinder, Disc, Slice, Block, Cuboid, Cube, Rod, ball, sphere, ring and etc.

Regarding as the strongest magnet, Sintered NdFeB Permanent Magnet have been using in many areas, including Micro-Machine, Brushelss Machine, Permanent Magnetism Instrument, Magnet Therapy device, Nuclear Magnetic Resonance, Audio Equipment, Magnetic Suspension System, Magnet Feed Machine and etc.

Gaoke has registered as a capital of USD10 Million and total assets of USD80 Million now, it is about 35,000 squaremeter, there are more than 300 workers and 40 researchers, half of them are graduated from the Professional Unvisitry. We own a complete set of the production line, from vacuum melting furnace, we have three, one big and two small, the big one could melt 100kg each time, the two small one could melt 20kg each time, hydrogen-breaking machine, we have two of this, big crusher, small crusher, impact grinding mill, Fluid energy mill, 20 pcs of full automaticity Magnet forming machine, 4 pcs of big vacuum sintering furnaces, 23 pcs of rough grinding machine, 20 pcs of refining mills, 3 pcs of chamfering machine, 4 production lines of plating, it could plate NiCuNi, Ni, Blue-White Zn, Color Zn, White Zn and etc, the daily plating could be more than 2 tons, salt atmosphere testing machine, 3 pcs of professional magnetizing machine, 2 pcs of high-precision detecting instrument, also we would use the micrometer to test each one before we pack it.

Our annual production could be reach 800 tons now, and the annual slicing capacity could be 100 million square centimeter, its annual process capability is 600 tons, including holecut, flat surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, linear cutting and so on

Our factory has passed the Quality-Manage-System ISO9001:2000 and the Environment-Manage-System ISO14000, based on this, our products are sold all over the world now, and they are very popular in these markets.

We are sincerely pay attention to developing the new products, our Techinical-Research Center, which are led by the director, Tian Sanba, has been recognized as the municipal techinical research center on 2005, and our one-time confectioning technology of 3mm N42 Permanent Magnetism Material was awarded the certificate (No.119) in July 25th, 2005 by Shanxi OST. By using this advanced technology, we get the higher rate of the final products of the smaller sizes, like 1mm-6.5mm, and it get a more steady capability, also we can save more raw material and increasing the productive efficiency, so we have a obvisious competitives advantage of this. On July of 2007, our high-performance noumenon anticorrosion NdFeB alnico got the provincial scientific and technical payoffs too.
