Dongying Xinyi Automobile Fitting Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is an OEM for major automobile companies, such as Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW Redflag, Tianjin Charade, Beijing Cherokee. We have facilities covering an area of 40,000 square meters, and have 4 automatic production lines, with capacity of 5 million sets brake pads, 2.5 million sets brake shoe assemblies and 0.5 million pieces brake rotors.
We are equipped with all kinds of advanced testing equipment and instrument such as Krause Tester, Chase Tester, and have more than 400 employees. We have advanced friction material testing and science-research center, the facility of which is complete and advanced. This center has 3 senior engineers, 10 engineers, and 10 assistant engineers.
With untiring effort of our R&D staff, formula system is continuously perfected and has been formed in three formula systems: semi-metallic, low metallic and NAO, so we can meet demands of different customers, and make our technology always keep synchronous with international advanced level.
Our company attaches great importance on the quality control and quality management system. We passed ISO9001, QS9000 and VDA6.1 Quality System Certificates. We are "'A' grade Supplier" for VW and Shanghai SABS for our top level management.
Our products have received high confidence from customers for its good quality and perfect system. It is eligible in all the previous spot-checks. As the first brand in the domestic market, our products not only play important role in domestic OEM and domestic aftermarket, but also are sold to globe markets, including North America, South America, Europe, middle east, Australia. The export amount takes up 1/3 against total turnover.
In 2003, we established cooperative relationship on OEM and OES products with TRW Automotive of America and Fiat Automotive Company, and have make practical progress on the cooperation with TRW, and it is estimated that we will begin to supply TRW in Sep., 2004.
