Our company, founded in 1998, is a specialist of open die forging, ring, rough machining products. We are also a manufacturer of producing forgings up to 18 tons of metallic materials in the widest possible range. We categorize ourselves as one of the "Sichuan largest blacksmiths".

Invested RMB 11 million, we have four branches: smelting, forging and heat treatment, fine workmanship and metal structural parts, covering 15,000sqm in Jiangyou Industry Zone with mature industrial circumstance, and rich water & power resources.

We offer fast track supply of unmachined and machined semi-finished components to either constructors or OEM. Our products are used in wind power, nuclear energy power, large-scale metallurgy, aerospace, petroleum chemical industry, national defense, war industry and so on. We succeeded in being the core supplier and subcontractor of China National Erzhong Group Co. Also we provide a service Center for the industry's fastest turn-around and high quality hire work/toll work, which includes forging, heat treatment, machining, cutting, NDT and inspection. "Technical control and operational surveillance" is the cornerstone of our service.

We have the production line of ED+LF+VD and ESR (electro slag remelting), 2,000-ton high-speed forging machines with related production lines, numerical control 3500mm ring rolls, 1-5 tons electroforming hammers and large-scale heat treatment furnaces such as quenching oil pool, water pool and other medium pool production line, as well as related large-scale numerical control gantry welding, embedded welding, metal shielded gas welding, argon arc welding, numerical nine-head cutting and plasma-arc cutting steel structural part production lines. We also have 1000-ton, 10-slanting roll and 2-stick completely automatic unbending straightening machines, and 20 sets of large-scale saw benches.

At present, our main products are axial forgings, module forgings, ring forgings, other special-shaped special steel forgings and materials, power station furnace roof hangers, wind power flanges, speed-up machine gear forgings, heat treatment rough machining products, large-scale and middle-scale complete sets of mechanical facilities, mechanical spare parts, crushing transportation steel structure systems and parts, and major industry and civil using structural products.

We already passed ISO9001:2008 quality system, ISO14002:2004 environmental management system, GB/T28001-2001 occupational health safety control system authentication and European CE authentication. Our company has already obtained the state-level steel structure manufacturing installment comprehensive contractor qualification.
