1.Automatic Digital Controlled Profile Modeling Flying Cut-off Saw with Milling Cutter and Flying Cut-off Saw:The product is automatically digital controlled integrating mechanical\electrical technology ,it can achieve a high precision cutting with fixed dimension while material is moving at high speeds, the dimension of the saw: 20~660 mm;the profile modeling flying cut-off saw with milling cutter can cut tube with big diameter, high steel grade, big thickness.
Variations: Polar coordinate double blade profile milling, Cartesian coordinate double blade profile milling, single blade milling and cutting, etc.
2. Automatic end milling and beveling machine for steel tube: it is used to bevel and mill the ends of the tube. Feeding is powered by servo-actuator,controlled by PLC. Working type:milling single, double or triple tube ends by turns at single or double working positions. Suitable tube diameter range 21-2020mm with maximum production speed of 22/min.
3.Automated steel tube hydro-tester: the system is automatically controlled by industrial computer & PLC. Work type: both single, double & multiple working positions.
4.Longitudinal shearing unit series production line: they are classified into two main categories : hot rolling and cool rolling steel coil, which are used in cutting steel plates with thickness of 0.15~20mm and maximum width of 2000mm.
