Who we are?

Beijing Vita Sports Good Co., Ltd. is specialized in design, development, manufacture and selling of outdoor fitness equipment for 10 years. Its products adopt high quality material, strongest wear-resisting spare parts and advanced process technology. The product from vita meets EN1176 European standard and Germany TUV-GS Safety standard as well.

What about the factory?

The factory was established in 2002, covering 30000 sqm2 space, with 220 workers including 15 engineers and 15 quality inspectors. It has 8 production lines and possess more than 100 advanced machines to assure 5000 pieces monthly production capacity. The production facilities include digital bending machine, plasma cutting machine, large-scale shot-blasting machine, and so on. We also introduce advanced production process and technology, such as oil removal process, digital bending process, double powder coating process, inner stop technology, sleeve technology and so on.


What about the products?

As one of the top six chinese outdoor fitness supplier, Beijing Vita's products cover more than 150 varieties in more than 6 series, including outdoor fitness equipment, amusement park equipment, basketball stand, Ping Pong Table and cover all ranges of outdoor products.


What about the quality?

We have our own test center, all our material will be tested through the following tests:
Hardness tested by Power-driven Brinell Hardness Gauge
Coating tested by Xenon Weather-Ometer, Temperature Chamber
Microprocessor Control Universal Tester and Salt Spray Tester

The finished products tested by Fatigue Test Machine and Impact Tester.

We also established Quality Assurance Regulation, Quality Improvement Measures, and Quality Responsibility System which means all the designing, purchasing, manufacturing, assembling, inspection and after-service are all conducted and controlled under the ISO9001 Certification.

1. Quality control during the production process
In the production process, parts under each product line will going through the workers' self-inspection, workers' mutual inspection and special quality inspection personnel' inspection to ensure that the rejects do not come into the next line.

2. For each order, we will go through the control of First inspection Circuit inspection and Final inspection.

First Inspection Control. Only one product will be made out, then it will go through a series of test and inspection, if it is qualified, then start volume-produce.

Circuit Inspection Control. During volume-produce, each product
line will be inspected.

Final Inspection Control. The ordered products are completely
made, then conduct sampling inspection.

Finished Product Traceability System are adopted to ensure the product quality and production management. Our lab is notified test center.
