Founded in 2000, Changshu Lier building materials co., Ltd. Specializes in manufacturing glass including decorative glass panels, tempered glass and IG glass etc. Under our constant endeavor and with more high-caliber staff joining in, our business scope acquires in solid wood doors and fiberglass doors. And in this year 2011, we set up a subsidiary company-Changshu Jinyi Composite Materials Co., ltd, into the fiberglass board and FRP sandwich panel serving the building industry, RV industry, commercial truck and body and equipment facility e.g. Incubator, solar plant etc. All of these products are exported to the USA, Australian, Asia etc.
Our factory is located in Meili town, Changshu city. Erecting just beside the Provisional Road, we enjoys convenient transportation, just 100 km from Shanghai port, and 1.5km away from the exit of Suzhou-Taicang-Kunshan highway. Occupying an area of 15,000 square meters, our company is equipped with more than 100 sets of machinery, operated by 400workers. For glass, we have Linear beveling machine, hand beveling machine, copper bar cutting machine, bar bending machine, glass cutting machine, glass washer, hot presser tempering furnace.
For doors, there is Solution trigger, line machine,press machine, planning machine drying machine and for fiberglass products, we are equipped with advanced continuous reproducible flat bed production line in 2800mm width, with other first-rate facilities.
We have good manufacturing capacity, for insulated glass panels is around 600 pieces each day . we can do the panels according to customers designs, we can also design for customers. For tempered glasses we can make around 1,000 square meters each day. For Solid Wood Doors, we can make around 4,000 pieces each day, and the raw materials are the best Red Meranti importing from Malaysia only to keep our quality best. For Wrought Iron Doors, we can make 100 sets each month. For fiberglass boards, the output per second is 60m.
We also have a highly qualified technical team engaged in developing new items and filing clients customized orders. Our export turnover is over USD6,000,000.
