Conquer Industrial Limited was founded in 1972 in Taipei, Taiwan Area. We began as a humble business entity that focused on glass installation and repair. Our products include mosaic glass, sandblasting glass, stained glass and tempered glass.
In 2000, Conquer moved the production base to Huizhou, Guangdong, China. Recently, we have established cooperative relationships with Pai-Jui Metals and Furniture Manufacturing Plant in the hope of creating quality furniture that is both aesthetically pleasing and has utility function. We aspire to bring beauty and design into each and every home.
Conquer has about 150 employees working in three plants that cover 10,000 square meters. We have 5 departments. We are able to adopt the latest technologies and produce products of the finest quality.
Glass cutting
To increase productivity and precision, Conquer uses fully automatic loading machines, cutting machines, and flaking machines introduced from Bottero. We also use a five ton suspension system to complement the automation process. Our capacity allows us to cut around 2000 square meters of float glass per day.
Glass Processing
Conquer has a variety of processing equipment that enables the production of plain sides, skewed sides or drills. All equipment is controlled by micro computers, and the processed glass is polished with proprietary buff wheels that produce the most outstanding finishes among our competitors. In addition, we developed a multi-arm drilling bench which greatly improved our efficiency. A trimmer for irregular glass is stationed on our production line to ensure quality as well as speed of production.
Screen printing, steel cake
To create more variations, we adopted screen printing technology and heat resistant inorganic paint to produce colorful patterns, greatly increasing the artistic value and utility of float glass. Screen printing is widely used on all kinds of modern furniture such as desks and shelves. Conquer's beautifully printed glass is manufactured with a fully automatic screen printing machine. The quality of our products has received wide acclaim. Steel cakes are indispensable parts in connecting glass with metal ware. Workers on our exclusive adhesive steel cake assembly line guarantee the safety of our furniture.
Tempered glass
The maximum size of our tempering furnace is 3.66m x 2.44m and can accommodate the demands of glass for construction or furniture. Conquer's tempered glass has received certifications from many international agencies in the EU, the USA and Japan. Our granularity and pressure endured per square meter all comply with safety requirements and standards.
R&D
Conquer is transforming into a design furniture company. We have set up an R&D division. With our strong manufacturing foundation, we hope to create quality furniture that is aesthetically pleasing and has utility function. Currently, we are exploring works using stainless steel and glass. We aspire to utilize more materials to create beautiful designs.
