Our company possesses 7 production lines for high pressure seamless gas cylinders, welded low pressure cylinders, scientific and medical gas cylinders, and CNG cylinders for vehicle use. Our company is the host unit of the secretariat of Seamless Gas Cylinder Sub-committee of National Gas Cylinder Standardization Technical Committee. The technical representative of our company holds the post of the secretary general of the committee, and other technical personnel are members of different sub-committees of the National Gas Cylinder Standardization Technical Committee.
Our company possesses the pressure vessel manufacturing license of level A1, B1, B2, B3, D1 as well as D2, and approvals of DOT, TUV, CCS, BV, ABS, and Lloyds (both British Lloyds and Germany Lloyds), and also meets the standard of BS, JIS, DIN, EN, and KSB. In addition, our company can also complete design and manufacture according to the requirements of customers. We have a complete and perfect quality assurance system, and got ISO9001 quality system approval early in 1993. During the production of gas cylinders, all the manufacturing technology and property tests are under the supervision of Shanghai Boiler and Pressure Vessel Supervision Institute which is approved by General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China as well as Shanghai Institute of Special Equipment Inspection and Technical Research of Shanghai Bureau of Quality Supervision and Quarantine.
