Our registered capital is 67.6406 million Yuan and total capital is 500 million Yuan. We possess 400 hectares of area, 60,000sqm production plants, 15,000 square meters for R&D and 30,000 square meters for material exhibition. The main products developed include integrated houses, building templates, EPS thermal insulation materials and others.
Heng Tong has obtained three ISO certificates from Chinese Research Institute of Architecture and become the main company to promote the housing industry. Actually, our company has finalized industrial business standards and the preparation of ATLAS. The industry standard has been approved by China Academy of Building Research and China Institute of Building Standard Design Expert Assessment and Demonstration.
Through continuous efforts in recent years, we have developed a complete set of mature and perfect technical system and accumulated rich experience in the integrated housing construction.
We have reached industrial alliance with China Wanke. With the rapid expansion of production scale, the expected production capacity in the mid 2012 is three (300,000) thousand tons and the production value is expected to reach twenty (20,000,000) million Yuan. We expect to employ ten (10,000) thousand persons. Therefore, our company plans to complete IPO goals within 1-2 years. Our company is developing a low carbon housing industrial base in Liangxiang Industrial and Development Zone.
With an area of 150 hectares, we will constitute the headquarters to experience low-carbon housing industrial technology through conferences and exhibitions, promote talents, technology, products, ideas and capital accumulation and improve the industrial base and common development of our company.
We are building seven centers and two factories as bases for development. Our seven functional projects include the following: putting domestic and overseas power together to create the top R&D center on low-carbon housing in accordance with the principle of clean production; building high-standard residential plants designed according to European park model standards; building low-carbon housing parks; building national first low-carbon technology museum and residential area; establishing a comprehensive trading and service center.
