Yulin Wanyuan Magnesium Industry (Group) Co., Ltd., located in Youfangwan Village, Laogangchuan, Fugu County, which produces and sells magnesium metal, ferrosilicon, machine coke, and tar, is a collective company. Our company specializes in magnesium metal ingot, ferrosilicon, silicon manganese, machine coke, and tar. Our products have been sold to provinces and cities in our own country, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Nanjing, Shijiazhuang, Shandong, and Inner Mongolia. Magnesium metal and silicon calcium have been exported to Korea and Australia.

Our company is based on the theory of scientific development and innovation. According to the demand of the market, we take advantage of the favorable local resources to produce our products. With the strong technical force, excellent products and hard-working staff, we get a significant benefit. After several years' good operation, our fixed assets amount to RMB 86.80 million and there is 678 staff in our company. We apply the general manager responsibility system, with 18 departments.

The annual production capacity is as follows: ferrosilicon - 12,000 metric tons, silicon manganese - 18,000 metric tons, magnesium metal - 20,000 metric tons, machine coke - 200,000 metric tons, and tar - 16,000 metric tons. In 2008, the sales income amounted to 360 million RMB, GDP was 381.03 million RMB, annual tax was 30.75 million RMB and annual profit was 28.35 million RMB. Our firm ranks in the top ten non-public enterprises due to the total annual tax and we are one of the top fifty firms in Yulin because of the strength. In 2008, the government of Fugu awarded our company an honorary title of "Advanced Enterprise of the Prevention and Control of the Environment". Under the leadership of the Board of Directors, we passed ISO9001 international quality management system certificate in 2005. The chairman of our company has got the honorary titles of "Outstanding Young Entrepreneurs" and "Township entrepreneurs and Model workers in Yulin".
