The xin`an daliang magnesium alloy factory is located in xin'an county,35 kilometers west to the city of luoyang, henan province, prc, covering an area of 8.9 acres(36 hectares). The location of the factory is very convenient for transportation for it is right on the side of the no.310 national highway and is only 2 kilometers to the xin'an county exit on the luoyang-to-xi'an expressway.
The factory possesses one magnesium production line(inpidgeon's method) with an annual productivity of 1,000 tons and one magnesium alloy production line with the same productivity. The value of the fixed assets of our factory amounts to rmb 10 million yuan.
The advanced semi-continuous founding technique adopted in our production line enables us to produce magnesium alloys of the highest quality with the following characteristics: High strength(ie.: Compact inside structure, no contracted holes or looseness on the section), no impregnant etching, no oxide intercalations either inside or on the surface and no asymmetry in chemical composition.
We are able to produce highly purified magnesium alloy clubbed material and ingots of various sizes and types because we have already mastered all sorts of analyzing methods.

Slab ingot(for rolling):150x500mm,160x760mm, etc.
Lengths of casting:6.3m(max)model number: Mg, m1a, az31, az61a, az80a, ze10a, etc.
Our products are not only the ideal materials to extrude magnesium anodes, section bars and rolling plate, but also the ideal materials to die-cast the spare parts of laptops, mobile phones and cars.
Lengths of casting stick determined by clients with the maximum of 6300mm.
