Dongguan Triangle Tool & Die Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 and located in Hengtang Village, Tangxia Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, China. Our company covers an area of 3,200 square meters and has about 80 employees.
We are a professional manufacturer of metal stamping die and small volume metal stamping and also provide detail machining. We can also produce checking fixtures. Our stamping dies are mainly used in automotive parts, home appliances, office equipment, and electronic parts. We are good at progressive die, single die, roll forming die, draw die, and others and familiar with both metric and English tools.
At present, we can manufacture more than 150 dies per month and our sales value is about RMB 1,500,000 per month. We mainly make tools for 500T press and below with material thickness from 0.1 to 8mm.
Half of our sale is for domestic market and half of it is for overseas market. Most of our dies are exported to the USA, Europe, Japan, etc.
Our engineering team normally uses AutoCAD, UG, Pro-E and Solidwork to do 2D and 3D die design. We make our die design standards to control manufacture process to guarantee low cost, high quality and timely delivery.
