Ying Xin Mould Factory of Dongguan City was established in 2001. We own 8000 square meters of building areas. Our company has passed ISO9001:2000 International Quality System Certification and applied ISO14000 Environment Management System in the manufacturing process.
We follow the instructions of the European Union. Our products are well received in Japan, American and Europe. We are specialized in mold designing, mold making and aluminum alloy producing. Our main products include all kinds of high precision spare parts, telecommunication equipment, spare parts of cars/motorcycles/locomotives, electric tools and digital products, lamp decorations, electrical components and others.
We have 13 CNC machining centers, of which the strokes are from 500mm to 1200mm, 8 milling machines, 3 EDMs, 3 grinding machines, 12 lathes, 1 rocker arm drilling machine, 15 tapping machines, 5 punching machines (from 45T to 160T), 160T/280T/400T/650T/800T/1000T cold chamber die-casting machines and 2 sets of hot chamber die-casting machines. Our company also has Three-D Projectors, height gauges and three sets of inspection equipment.
