Hangzhou Qiantang River Electric Group Co., Ltd. (QRE), a Chinese top specialized transformer manufacturer, was founded in 1976.
Our main products include:
(1) Power transformer (Oil-immersed) up to 460MVA, 550KV
(1-phase; 3-phase)
(2) Distribution transformer up to 35KV
(Hermetically sealed; Amorphous alloy core)
(3) Dry type transformer up to 20MVA, 35KV
(Cast resin; Non-sealed coil (H class) with Nomex insulating paper);

We have obtained ISO9001, ISO14001, and OHSAS18001 certifications.
We also have obtained KEMA certificate for
(1) 220/121/10.5KV, 180/180/90MVA ODAF, and Ynyn0d11 power transformer,
(2) 50MVA 110/38.5/11kV power transformer,
(3) Oil immersed transformer 10kV, 1600 KVA,
(4) Dry type (cast resign) transformer 2000 KVA.
We cover an area of over 250,000 square meters. We have more than 1200 workers. Our total assets is RMB64 million, while annual turnover is more than USD 257 million. All equipment for producing, testing, and inspecting are imported from Germany, the UK, and Japan. Our automatic powder electrocoating assembling line has reached the advanced level in the world.
We have experience of supplying transformers to many world top 500 enterprises such as Enel Distrbibuzione, Italy; Polysuis (ThyssenKrupp), Germany; RWE Systems, Germany. Nowadays, QRE transformer has been exported and put into operation in 22 countries like Belarus, Italy, Turkey, Iceland, Georgia, India, Malaysia, Myanmar, Vietnam, Indonesia, Papua new Guinea, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Nigeria, Madagascar, South Africa, Equatorial Guinea, Congo (Democratic), Senegal, and Namibia.
