Established in 1990, Zhejiang Shengzhou Jianxin Garment & Tie Co., Ltd. , is engaged in the manufacture of silk yarn materials, pattern designing, fabric weaving and finished tie making.
We have special thread-unloading, thread-combining, thread-twisting and thread-rewinding machines to prepare silk yarn materials, in addition to 36 most advanced computerized weaving looms to weave fabric and 5 "LIBA" brand machines to produce finished ties. Our normal fabric is available in 2-ply warp and 3-ply loaded weft. Furthermore, for higher quality fabric, we can also use pure 5-or 6-ply weft, which can enrich the whole design.
Based on the above machines, we can output 500, 000 meters of silk woven fabric, and 5, 000, 000 meters of finished ties every year. Besides silk woven fabric and ties, our products also include polyester woven ties and fabric; silk and polyester printed ties and scarves, and such accessories as waistcoats, handkerchiefs, bow ties, cummerbunds, cufflinks and tie boxes.
