JX Phillips Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd. is one of the world's earliest bicycle and electric bicycle makers, famous of the R&D and innovation. We can trace the root back to 1892 in Birmingham. In the World War, we used to design and manufacture military airborne vehicles for allied special forces. JX Phillips Electric Vehicles Co., Ltd. is the only manufacturer allowed to use Phillips chartered license in China.

Our factory covers a land area of more than 53,000 square meters with modern building of 38,000 square meters, including electric bicycle R&D center, plastic mould production base, luxury and simple electric bicycle assembly line, electro-tricycle production base and national marketing & customer service center.

We are one of the first electric bicycle manufacturers passing ISO9001:2000 in China. We have the leading automatic electric bicycle assembly line, suspended baking finish workshop and a full set of inspection equipment.
