Production power
Shang Tone has morden plants equipped with more than 300 advanced water-jet looms and complete sets of preparatory equipment. This allows us to produce 2 miliion metres of fabric every month. We are also developing partnerships with other producers. Presently, we have over 15 local weaving, dying, printing and coating facilities as partners. This means we at Shang Tone can handle any special requests and volume demands no problem.
Ensuring quality
Our in-house QC team checks every order for colorfastness, stains, and other consistencies throughout production. An independent QC team further ensures every order meets your standards.
Variety of Products
We offer a large selection of fabrics and special coatings, including:
Woven fabrics-Microfiber, polyester pongee, taffeta, nylon, taslon, suede, yarn-dyed,chiffon,cotton, T/N/C, N/C, C/N
Finishings-Breathablility and moisture permeability, quick-dry, UV-cut, anti-bacterial, antistatic property, flame-retardant and so on.
Offering 100 new patterns each season
Our 10 R&D team members turn out 100 new designs at least each season, we introduce 50 new patterns for your selection. With our experience, we fully understand what you expect from a supplier.
