Changzhou Hengfeng Stainless Steel Tubes Plant was established in 1988. After 20 years of vigorous development, Hengfeng Stainless Steel Tubes Plant established Changzhou Hengfeng Yate Pipe Co., Ltd., a professional manufacturer and supplier of precision seamless stainless steel tubes in China. Our products have been applied to petroleum, gas, power plant, hydraulic machinery, ship building, instrumentation industries, etc.
Our products conform to GB, ASTM, DIN and JIS Standards. The grades of materials used are 304, 304L, 310S, 316, 316L, 321, 347H etc. We can make our products conforming to special specifications (special materials) according to customers' needs. The specification of products is as follows: outside diameter: 4~60mm (1/8"~2"), wall thickness 0.3~6mm (0.012"~0.24"). The surface conditions are AP (annealed & pickled), MP (AP + polished) and BA (bright annealed).
Our plant now owns cold roll machines of LD15, LD30, LD80, LG30H, LH60 and other series, bright furnaces and cold drawing machines.
Our plant has attained ISO9001:2000 certification and National Manufacturing License. Our plant is equipped with advanced inspection instruments to ensure the quality of our products, including photo-electricity directly reading spectro-comparators, universal testing machines, metal hardness testing devices, ultrasonic testing equipment, eddy current detection equipment, hydrostatic testing device etc.
About 90% of our products are distributed to clients in the USA, Canada, Germany, Italy, Spain, Southeast Asia, India, Korea, Taiwan area and other countries and regions throughout the world.
