Zhengzhou Huayu Refractory Co., Ltd (ZZHY) is one of the largest refractory manufactures in China which is integrated with R&D,production,distribution, services, and project design & construction. The company is modified from Zhengzhou Huayu Group Company which was founded in 1973, and now, with 2100 employees, it owns 11 branch plants and 6 subsidiary companies including International Trading Department, Blast-furnace High-efficiency Long-life Development Department, Kilning Industry Company and Institute of Refractories research etc. It covers the land area of 100300m3, the floor area of6000m2 and the total assets of it is 115million RMB. Its annual output of various high, middle and low-end refractories 15thousand tons. In 1989,it began to develop Huayu brand "Ceramic Cup"and Blast Furnace ,Hot-blast Stove series products.In1991,it passed the identification and produced the first set of "ceramic cup" in China which has been used for the No.7(2580m2)blast furnace of Anshan Steel Company. Since 1992 and it has run smoothly and efficiently for 12 years. This echoed the technical route of China's modern blast furnace and started the new epoch of homemade "ceramic cup". spending 10 years, Huayu Group has produced "ceramic cup" and other products for over 300 sets of blast furnace, and hot-blast stove, with steady and reliable quality, as well as high-efficiency, long-life, energy-saving and molten iron purification. In 2006, the company won sale income 350 million RMB, hereinto, International trading income 15 million dollars.
