Guangdong Mingliu Science and Technology Cosmetic Co., Ltd. is one of the famous cosmetic producing enterprises in China. Established in 1990, cooperated with Taiwan Shangqing Industry Co., Ltd., we setup a Sino-foreign contractual joint venture Chaoyang City Mingliu Cosmetic Co., Ltd. which developed into a group enterprise in 1996. We introduced research result from South China Normal University Institute of applied chemistry in 1992, applied natural halobios chitin to manufacture Mingliu series natural chitin mousse and hairspray which has won the honor of Science and Technology Advancement Prize awarded by provincial government. In 1995 cosmetic investigation research by the institute of national social economy in Chengdu, Mingliu mousse came out the top position in all over 4000 questionnaires and won the title of reliable product by national consumer protection fund. In 1996, we won the title of the outstanding company which keeps promise and were praised by city government. In 2001, we passed ISO9001 international quality system certification.

Keeping the tenet of basing on science to create value for consumers, we setup research group in 1998 to start working on shampoo with good hair care function and successfully break through the critical content of hair care component in shampoo by our microcapsule technology researched after four years' work and with tens of millions of investment. This product has unique cleaning and hair care effect due to microcapsule diluting effect. It was authenticated by provincial science and technology bureau as a leading technology in China, filling the industrial blank, and we are pleased to be the first factory winning this result and built up a landmark in this filed. This research result also catches attention of News Media. GDTV, Yangcheng Evening Newspaper, South Daily, China Quality Newspaper, Shantou Special Zone Evening Paper and Shantou Daily have large report on this issue.

We have been focus on brand promotion all the time with our national registered trade mark Mingliu, Sup, Xiao Bei Shuang And Piaofang. Our brands have been well known after long time promotion and won a good position in market competition.
