Hubei Tri-Ring Motor Steering Gear Co., Ltd., the absolute state-owned holding company affiliated to Tri-Ring Group, is a professional manufacturer of automotive steering gears and steering parts. Our company was regarded as national secondary enterprise in 1991, and got ISO/TS16949:2002 quality system certification in November, 2003. In 2005 and 2006, our company was named as "Top Hundred Taxpayers of the Province" by Hubei Province, and was also regarded as advanced units for "tenth five-year" technological transformation, and Excellence Enterprise Award of Hubei Province. We got Gold Award in 2007. In 2008, our company won the title of "Top Hundred Foreign Trade Enterprises of Hubei Province" and was elected as "leading enterprise in steering gear industry" by Automobile Association in November 2009.

After 40 years of struggle, our company has expanded into a large group of 1200 people, including 81 engineering technicians and 28 engineers, with total assets of 310 million yuan by the end of 2009 (380 million yuan achieved for sales revenue and 55 million yuan for profits and taxes in 2009). The production capability of power steering gears for commercial vehicles ranks first in the industry.

Our company consists of a casting factory and 10 production workshops and has 760 sets of various equipment, among which 70 sets of CNC equipment were imported from the United States, Japan, the UK, Germany, Switzerland and other countries and regions, more than 500 sets of NC machines were made in China. Complete testing equipment will ensure good quality.

The products of our company mainly include three categories: steering gear (recirculating ball type hydraulic power steering gears, recirculating ball mechanical steering gears, hydraulic power racks and pinion steering gears and EPS for passenger vehicle) and steering columns and steering drop arms, and they are applied in heavy, medium, light and mini-trucks, special vehicles, pickup and passenger vehicles. Our company has formed a production capacity of 100 million sets of products.

We mainly offer the products to more than 30 automobile factories, such as Dongfeng, Foton, JAC, Geely, Lifan, Kinglong, Zhongtong Bus, Indian TATA and Iranian Khodro.

National Development and Reform Commission and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of China issued the plan about the revitalization and the technological transformation for the key industries and approved "industrial base construction for the electric power steering system" project in July 2009 with the first investment of 285 million yuan. The production of EPS for passenger car will become a new growth point.
