Ching Leung Plastic Colourists Ltd. was established in 1991 in Hong Kong as a private limited company; the company is a manufacturer of various colour masterbatches; and supplies of pigment powder used in the plastic industry. The Ching Leung team has been putting forth full efforts and innovation for more than a decade. In order to fulfill our customers' requirements satisfactorily, Ching Leung has set-up its second manufacturing plant in Dongguan, which commenced production in 2003 with the purpose of increasing capacity and enhancing delivery efficiency to customers. With the new factory, Ching Leung has managed to reduce its production costs and even increase product quality with new automatic machinery and facilities, and as such offering better service and competitive prices to our valuable customers. Encountering today's market situation, Ching Leung has obtained ISO9001 International Quality certification and American UL certification, which enables it to be a reliable and competitive supplier.
