Qiqihaer Haoying Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. of Northeast Special Steel Group is a cooperative enterprise which was established by Hong Kong HaoYi group Co., LTD and Northeast Special Steel Group BeiMan Special Steel Co., LTD.. And it is located in QiqiHaEr City of Heilongjiang Province. In November 2004, the factory put into operation. Now, the factory has fixed assets RMB 20 million, and 600 workers. In 2006, it was awarded to the top 100 enterprises in heilongjiang province.
Hiwin steel company owns advanced machines, such as, steel making, tube rolling, heat treatment, threading, and perfect testing equipments. The main equipments were mainly imported from Mannesmann AG, Germany. Complete and convergence and close "Fine smelting - Automatic rolling - heat treatment - NC threading" make the producing line more stable and reliable product quality, and achieve the ability to supply the goods to oil field directly. In 2006, it accessed to get API certificates, and Testing Report from National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center of oil pipe. And now, the annual output of J55, K55, N80, N80-1, N80-Q, P110 steel grade casing pipes and oil tubing is about 30 million tons. And directly supply to Daqing Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Shengli Oilfield, Changqing Oil Field, Xinjiang Oilfield. And exported to the United States, Canada, Middle East, Southeast Asia and other countries.
