Established in 1954, Huafu is one of the leading hand-made glassware manufacturers and exporters in China. The factory started with production of oil lamps, bottles and quartz tubes for industrial use. At the beginning of 1980, Huafu started to produce tumblers and stemware. In 1988, Huafu imported a 4-ton capacity electric furnace from England, meanwhile, Huafu invited glassblowing experts from Germany, Norway, Rumania and Slovakia, which greatly improved Huafu products quality. In the next 15 years, Huafu Engineering division built 3 electric furnaces by its own. Now the factory is equipped with 4 electric furnaces for clear glass with total capacity 35Ts, and 10 electric furnaces for color glass (0.2T ~ 0.5T).
Huafu produces more than 15,000 items currently and the markets including U.S., Europe, Japan, Australia, South American, India, Russia, Singapore, Mid-East, etc., and Huafu has always been the main supplier in China for many world famous glassware distributors, such as ARC International, Bormioli Roco, Hadeland, etc. and its yearly turnover around US$3 million.
The philosophy of Huafu is Provide our customers with exquisite glassware and sublime service, and it is the sole company honored with "AA credit grade of China Industrial Products and Art-Crafts Enterprises in glassware industrial". From 2002 to 2005, Huafu was elected as the Director-General of the Glassware Division of CCCLA.(China Chamber of Commerce for Import/Export of Light Industrial Products and Arts/Crafts). Huafu also owns the first museum delicated exclusively to glassware and glass arts in China.
Huafu also implementing ISO 9001:2000 of Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2004 of Envir0mental Management System.
