Jining Rebang Textile Co., Ltd. is a professional company engaged in the research and development, production and management of cotton textiles including grey fabrics, finished fabrics, home textiles and hotel textiles. With many years' experience, we have set up supplying and marketing systems at home and abroad for supplying good quality products.
Our company has formed a mature industrial chain from gray cloth to printing and dyeing and from processing to export. The cotton textile factory with which we cooperate in Shandong has two hundred thousand spindles and two thousand sets of looms, which include imported air jet looms (190 type, 280 type, 340 type and 360 type), Italian rapier looms (280 type and 340 type), Italian Sulzer looms (280 type, 340 type and 390 type) and some shuttle looms. Our dyeing factory has 9 imported wide width dyeing lines which can do mercerizing, sanforizing and calendaring, and can make products have super soft hand feel.
Our company has set up a factory for finished products based on material quality control in order to further guarantee the quality stability of final products, occupying over 50 acreages with advanced producing equipment from Japan, America, Taiwan area and other countries and areas. Our factory adopts the most advanced software at present to realize the whole paperless management of material selection, processing, production, packing, storing, delivery and service.
