Established in 2007, Shanghai Chuhua International Trade Co., Ltd. is one of the leading manufacturers and exporters in China, specializing in lace and woven fabric.
CHUHUA has our own factory, which is located in Paojiang Industrial Area in the famous cultural city of Shaoxing in Zhejiang Province, China. It is 15km from China Textiles City in Keqiao Town to the west. The factory is a Sino-France joint venture with a registered capital of 3.03 million US dollars, an occupied floor area of 28,000 square meters and a construction area of 22,000 square meters. Our factory enjoys beautiful environment, and there are now 480 employees including 38 medium or senior engineers and technicians. CHUHUA integrates development, design, manufacture and international trade of lace and fabric textile.
Our garment materials cover 8 series, namely plain series, drills series, satin weaves, fleecy fabrics, crinkled series, canvas series, jacquard series and yarn-dyed series, with more than 100 varieties. Our laces include cotton/T/C lace, embroidery/net/voile lace, chemical lace, collar/neck lace. Upholding the operation philosophy of "Quality first, credit based", we will take an active part in both the domestic and international trade cooperation to establish an international brand of our own.
Our company boasts 208 advanced rapier looms with the annual production of 16 million meters of garment materials; as well as 128 lace machines with an annual output of various laces reaching 20 million yards and sales value of 180 million RMB plus profit of 15 million RMB. Products are sold far to Europe and the US, Australia and the Southeast Asia. By adopting the IS9001/IS2000 QC system and advanced production techniques, we commit ourselves to the development and manufacture of high-tech products with top quality, colorful varieties and complete specifications.
