Zhejiang Jilong Electronic Co., Ltd. is engaged in the research, development and production of medium & low voltage wires and cables, to meet customers' requirements with high quality and competitive price.
We produce wires and cables for distributing systems in the machines or constructions according to the requirements of China and the EU. Our products are low voltage cables for power limited CL2/CL3 circuits, fire alarm circuits and communication systems with UL and CSA requirements.
We also produce many kinds of appliance wire materials (AWM) for electronic equipment and devices, automobile wires according the famous automobile requirements, like Ford, GM, PSA, Toyota, Nissan, and Volkswagen.
There are 15 wire and cable machines, including 3 high-speed plastic extruders in our factory. Those machines are the worldwide leading special-purpose machines for wire and cable, and our products can reach about 450 thousand km per year. We have the entire prerequisite detection device and carefully inspect all of our products from raw materials to each processing and every finished product.
We passed ISO9000 and TS16949 Quality management system, and have gained the CCC state compulsory product certification. Now we undertake the application process for some product with UL, CSA and CE certification and all our products comply with the RoHS requirement.
