AVIC EXCELLENCE FORGING (WUXI) CO., LTD is one member of AVIC HEAVY MACHINERY CO., LTD which is one of the public companies of Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC). As the only exclusive forging processing center of AVIC in the east area of China, its predecessor called Wuxi Excellence Forging Co., Ltd was founded in December, 2005. In December, 2009, it was renamed as AVIC Excellence Forging (Wuxi) Co., Ltd.
AVIC Excellence Forging is a professional manufacturer of big forgings, forged rings, flanges and so on. Located in Yuqi Town, Wuxi City, near to the shore of Tai Lake and the Huning Expressway's Access Road, adjacent to Jinghang Canal, and close to the 312 national highways, the factory enjoys convenient transportation.
It covers around 40,000 square meters while the building area occupies 30,000 square meters. The capital registered reaches to 7,200,000 US dollars.
The factory is equipped with 4,000 Ton hydraulic press, Dia. 5000mm radial-axial ring rolling mill, manipulator, loading machine, gas heating furnace, complete equipment of heat treatment, large CNC vertical lathes with max. diameter 5,000 mm, large CNC drilling machine, etc. It is also equipped with desktop and removable Germany SPECTRO direct reading spectrometers, ultrasonic flaw detector, and low temperature impact testing machine, hardness tester, metallographic microscope, oxygen hydrogen and nitrogen analyser and other mechanical, chemical analyse appliances. With the ability to produce 20,000 tones rolled rings per year.
The ring forgings produced are mainly applied to all kinds of big rotary bearings, wind,hydroelectric power and combustion engine appliances, flanges used in pressure vessels, petrochemical,large machinery tools, ships and so on.
The factory is teamed with high qualified administers, specialists in technique and production. Individuals with bachelor degrees occupy 35% of the total staff. This guarantees the production of qualified products.
