Liaoning Huafeng Civil Chemicals Development Co., Ltd. is under the direct jurisdiction of China Ordnance Industry General Corporation. We are the first enterprise which specializes in developing and producing military and industrial initiating explosive devices in China. We are located in Fushun City, occupying an area of 200,000 square meters.
