2 Forging
With processing from 800-ton fast forging to 2,500-ton fast forging and hydraulic presses from 1,000-ton to 5,000-ton, forgings weight from 100kg to 20,000kg.
Our vendor uses advanced production technology and equipment: high-power electric furnaces + LF (ladle refining) + VD (vacuum degassing) + fast forging + annealing (or normalizing) + turning.
Main Forgings: Forgings for industries like wind power, motors, bearings, rollers, petroleum machinery drilling tools, tube structures and modules as well as irregular forgings.
3 Casting
Lost wax shape casting and centrifugal casting; heat resistant steel, carbon steel and alloy steel cast tubes with OD from 76mm to 940mm and length up to 4.5 meters.
4 Wind power flanges, pressure vessel flanges and hardware machinery parts.
All kinds of wind power flanges, like integral flanges and square flanges, have OD less than 5 meters and unit weight less than 5 tons. All raw materials are forged from high quality rolled compacts.
