Shantou Henzen Plastics Company Ltd. is located in Jinping Technology Industrial Area of Shantou Special Economy Zone. We have many years of experience in manufacturing PET bottles, PLA bottles and PLA cutlery. Our company can provide our clients with excellent quality and very competitive price.
Annual production capacity at our 64,583-square-feet factory is about 150 million pieces of bottles and cutlery. Total investment volume of our factory is about 1.5 million US dollars; annual sales value can be more than 15 million US dollars. We have got ISO9001:2008, ISO14001:2004 and ASTM D6400:2004 certifications and FDA certification. Currently, about 80 percent of our products are exported to Europe, North America, Japan, etc.
Strict quality control is performed by our in-house quality control department. We have more than 25 QC persons, consisting of engineers, technicians and well-trained production workers. Our QC department performs strict QC control from Material Acceptance Inspection and Process Inspection to Delivery Spot Test. We also have staff members to check the quality at each stage of production. At the same time, we conduct random testing on semi-finished products. Finished products (pre-packaging and after packaging) are again scrutinized to ensure defect-free items.
Customized design services are provided by our R&D team. Our professional development team has core competence in the field, with shorter development cycle.
