Our factory was established in1993 and grew out of f Mold plant and now is a die-casting manufacturer that is specialized in design and manufacturer of zinc and aluminum alloy molds, auto & motorbike parts, electric tool parts and household electric appliance parts. the plant's strong points or special skills are that in can manufacture zinc and aluminum alloy molds that are very difficult in machining or processing and that have a very good air-tight nature, and it also can integrate all the links including mold-making, die-casting, fine processing or machining and surface polish or treatment. the annual production or die-castings is more than 1000tons.Our factory has the advanced machining equipment including USA-made high-precision Haas CNC, numerical control lathes and 160T-800T cold chamber die casting machines. the plant is strictly managed according to ISO9001 quality system and has supplied high-quality die-castings to some well-know companies such as Shanghai Aerospace, Hafei Automobiles, NJ Fiat, Zhongyu Machinery, Chengdu Laida and Shanghai Taide.Now we have accumulated 8years rich production experience and taken the most front place in making die-castings in China in terms of production of die-castings of pressure reducing valve for automobiles that use city gas and LNG as fuel.
