SINOMA-Tangshan Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd. is equipment manufacturing enterprise hold by Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd(SINOMA); its main plant locates in Chengnan industrial park, Fengrun District, Tangshan City, Hebei Province and has its harbor branch in Jingtang Port, covers an area of 28.13 hectares and 78000 square meters plant, with the annual capacity above 100,000T. It has cutting shop, machining shop, riveting & welding shop, anticorrosion shop, electric shop, etc, realized microcomputer network integrative administration towards the office & production system. With its rapid growth, Sinoma-Tangshan has becomes main manufacturing plant in the equipment industry and international trade logistic base.
The company mainly produces key equipments such as various tube mill, rotary kiln, vertical mill, stacker and reclaimer, separator, roller press, grate cooler, dust collector ,cement cooler ,perheater, rotary dryer, cooling tower, air heat exchanger , hammer crusher, etc, large-scale steel structure and non-standard equipments in the cement clinker production line with the production capacity 850T/D ~10,000T/D .Meanwhile it also produces the equipments and products like air dryer, sludge dryer, garbage incineration kiln, water-coal-slurry mill, flyash highly fine mill, highly fine slag mill, petroleum coke mill, loading machine, for the industries like building materials, metallurgy , mine , generating electricity , coal , petroleum , chemical engineering , ceramics , environmental protection, etc. The electrical automation products independently researched & developed and system integrated has formed Sinoma Tangshan's complete equipment fabricating industry chain. More than 95% products are for exportation.
Regarding quality control, Sinoma Tangshan adopted standards DIN, IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) , ISO ,etc, which gears to the international standard, the quality technology control standard system and quality management operation system established by itself can be adapted to the international market, passed ISO9001:2000 quality management system authentication. And the electric products passed CE authentication and 3C compulsory certificate. The quality management has been approved by quality testing organization from domestic &overseas and global famous enterprises.
With its fully efficient after-sale service guarantee system, and much experience engaged in technology, production, installation, debugging service, it responds and resolves quickly towards the products and equipment questions raised by the owners, and provides the service which covers the site installation debugging & guide of the product and equipment, operational training and supply of spare parts.
