Zhengzhou Weihua Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (formerly known as Zhengzhou Weihua Steel Structure Co., Ltd.) is a large-scale modernized joint-stock enterprise which is one of the 15 wholly owned subsidiaries of Weihua Group.Weihua Group started from a humble operation in 1988 and has grown into a sizable group with integrated business segments engaged in crane research and development, design, production, sale, installation, import and export and services. Weihua Group is capable of producing more than 200 types of products, such as industrial cranes, harbor cranes, tower cranes, gearboxes and so on. There are 15 subsidiaries with more than 5000 employees within our group. Among them, there are more than 1100 middle and senior professional technicians and management staff members. Weihua occupies a total production area of more than 1,100,000 square meters, and the total assets are about 2.9 billion RMB with the register capital of 166 million RMB. Since 2001, all main economic indexes of Weihua Group, such as sales revenue, production value, profits and taxes, have enjoyed a high annual growing rate which is more than 60%. The transportation is very convenient.Our factory covers an area of 160,000 square meters and the building covers an area of 26,000 square meters. The registered capital is RMB50,680,000 and the gross asset is RMB126,000,000. We have more than 560 staff members among whom there are 266 mechanical technicians, 56 engineer staff members and 3 national level experts. 12 engineers have senior professional titles and 36 engineers have medium professional titles.
