Zhejiang Yanjie Build Moulding Board Co., Ltd. is an enterprise specializing in manufacturing bamboo plywood. We produce bamboo plywood as concrete formwork professionally. And the quality of our products is on the leading position in the bamboo plywood industry in China. Comparing with wood and steel materials, bamboo plywood takes the advantages of lower price, longer cycle of reuse, and better intensity.
"Yanjie" plywood meets the railway industrial TB/T2412.1-93 standard of People's Republic of China. The physical performance of our products is inspected by Vehicle Inspection Station which is managed by the center for product quality supervision and inspection of the Ministry of Railway.
Our plywood has compressive strength, small expansion, high bending strength, excellent resistance, and small thickness tolerance. After study on clients' suggestions, we aim to make operations under the condition that thickness and structure are well controlled.
We replace chick plywood for laminated board. We separate the central parts from stem, the skim from the inside. The lower density, the higher percentage of the moisture, so we dehydrate the bamboo sticks, cut them into same pieces with equal thickness and density.
We use wooden single-deck, which function as buffer, to improve the quality of the surface, however, the cracks made the density uneven and the board out of flatness. To deal with the problem, we use micromolecular glue, after hot pressure, the wood is fully plastic because parenchyma of cell is filled with glue. Temperature, time, and pressure are well controlled to ensure all objects are fully conglutinated together
Our company covers an area of 30,000 square meters and owns four production lines. Our production capability reaches 900,000 square meters of bamboo plywood every year.
