Being constituted of ZIBO TANGLIAN CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT CO., LTD, SHANGDONG ZHANHUA BINLIAN FINE CHEMICAL CO., LTD and ZIBO PIONEER IMPORT & EXPORT CO., LTD, now the company has about 300 employees including 25 technicians and occupies an area of more than 100,000 square meters. The products involve glass lined equipments, stainless steel equipments, chemical raw materials, tiles, pharmaceutical intermediates and pesticide intermediates.
It is well equipped with strong technical forces, complete production and testing equipments, advanced producing process as well as rigor quality management. Now the company owns three chemical raw material workshops of 900 square meters, three glass-lined manufacturing workshops, and one middle stage test workshop. Besides, our R & D laboratories, domestic leading technology and automatic & semi-automatic production lines are all in the leading position.
We specialize in manufacturing three series of products. Zibo Tanglian Co. Ltd manufactures all kinds of chemical equipments, such as glass lined reactors, glass lined tanks, limpet coil reactors, condensers, distillation columns, measuring tanks, heat exchangers, stainless steel equipments, pipes and all kinds of pressure vessels from 50L to 30000L; besides, we can supply all kinds of accessories including agitators, reducers, frequency converter, mechanical seals, thermometer pockets, flush valves and so on.
The application of the large-scale furnace with temperature auto-control system makes the glaze temperature easily controlled. The products have the advantages of clean surface, stable quality, collapse resistance, pollution and dust influence resistance. These highly raise the products quality and service life. Our glass lined equipments are made of excellent corrosion resistance material, which can resist the corrosion of inorganic acid, organic acid in different concentration, organic solvent and weak alkali. It is widely used in the petroleum, chemical, light industry, pesticide, pharmacy, dyestuff, food processing industry and scientific research, etc.
