Hangzhou Qiandao Pumps Co., Ltd. was established in 1984. Our company has cooperated with Zhejiang University of Technology and Zhejiang Research Institute of Electromechanical Design, devoted to developing, manufacturing and selling anticorrosive products with environmental protection and vacuum equipment. We have about twenty-seven years of experience.
Our company has successfully developed the graphite-modified polypropylene tube heat exchangers, products of graphite-modified polypropylene falling-film absorber series, water-spray vacuum pumps and sets and others, and has passed the authentications by State Educational Committee & Zhejiang Scientific and Technological Committee respectively. We have been awarded the technological prizes of provincial levels.
Besides developing new products, we also explore ways of standardized management to enhance our competitiveness. In 2000, our company was elected as a member of China Cauterization and Protection Institute Nonmetal Material Profession Committee. In 2002, the National Industrial Product Production License for plastic centrifugal pump was issued to our company. In 2003, our company passed the authentication of ISO9001:2000 International Quality Management System. In 2004, the plastic extrusive welding machine and plastic collisional welding machine which were designed by our company according to advanced foreign technology were put into operation.
The welding strength was forty percent higher than that of manual welding, and we can weld hair cracks on pure polypropylene equipment. In 2006, we gained the certificate of Dangerous Chemical Wrappage and Container Production Site of People's Republic of China. In 2007, the National Industrial Product Production License for polypropylene containers and vacuum metering containers were issued to our company. In 2010, a new plant was put into use with an area of 20mu (13,334 square meters), and the floor area is 8,000 square meters. The production and management level of our company will be improved further. We do not pursue the lowest price, because we believe that customers truly care about the value of the products and the safety.
At present, the main products of our company include five series of anticorrosive equipment, such as water-spray vacuum sets, polypropylene plastic centrifugal pumps, self-priming pumps, vacuum pumps, falling-film absorbers (for environmental protection and tail gas recycle), tube heat exchangers and others. Besides, we also manufacture nonstandard products, such as polypropylene cyclone plate-towers, filling towers and all kinds of polypropylene vacuum metering containers. Customers are satisfied with our products and services because of the continual innovation of continual optimization on performance.
Our company is located on the bank of Xin'an River, which is in the middle of the national golden tourist line of Hangzhou-Xin'an River-Qiandao Lake-ANGSHAN Mountain, with Qiandao Lake scenic area which is famous worldwide.
