Zhongshan Shengbida Toy Co., Ltd. was established in 2009 and we have become an efficient and reliable supplier of in-line scooters, tricycles, and other outdoor products. Our factory employs over 500 full-time employees to meet all our clients' needs.

In order to maintain our high product quality, we produce all our products in house. From raw materials to finished products, we produce them step by step in our own factories. Our experienced QC team members closely monitor the entire production process. We have a number of metal stamping machines, welding machines and plastic injection machines ranging in different volumes, paint spray lines, an anodizing plant, etc.
We have our own testing laboratory equipped with all the facilities to test most of the mechanical products. We conform to the CE and ASTM standards. We test our products with our aging machines, testing-use freezers and salt spray machines to ensure that our products can maintain good shape under extreme environments.
We also test our products using a shaking machine that emulates the rough handling of the package during transit to ensure that our customers receive our products in good and usable conditions.
In addition to traditional OEM products, we also develop many new OEM products for our customers using the strength of our engineering team and our own plastic and metal molding workshop. This combination provides the perfect platform for the research and development of new and exciting products for the market. With all the facilities available in our own factory and our close interactions with our clients, we are able to develop better and safer products using less time to meet the interests and the demands of our consumers.
