Shanghai Yuhua Trade Co., Ltd. - Yuhua Steel & Iron is a joined venture of Yuhua International (HK) Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Sankai Import and Export Co., Ltd. The company was established in 1999, and moved it's registration into Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in 2007 with registed capital five million CNF. In 2008 Yuhua made it's turnover 1.5 billion USD 10% of Sankai's, and increased this number to 2 billion in 2009.

The product range covers steel plate - Shipbuilding Plate, Common Carbon Steel, High Strength Steel Plate, Boiler Plate, Pressure Vessel Plate, Profile Steel - H-beam, Angle steel for shipbuilding, Equal/Unequal Angle, I-beam, Flat-bulb steel, U-beam, Pipe - ERW, SAW, Seamless Pipe. With the company's growing, the product scope expands to welded structural steel, such as Welded H-beam, Welded steel structure and HFW H-beam. In 2010, the company started to supply tinplate for upgrading the steel products supplying into a higher level.
With years' accumulation, the company has established long-term strategic cooperation with dozens of large-scaled mills both home and abroad like HBIS, Shougang Group, Bao Steel Group, An Steel, Ma Steel and steel works in Japan and South Korea.
