Ango Mould Limited is a professional company engaged in small and middle professional Plastic Tool making, injection molding, product assembly, and surface treatment. Now, Ango Mould has applied for patents for the plastic mold with 270 drop hot runner system. It will be the only plastic mold in the world that has so many sprues in hot runner system.
We started plastic tooling business in 2006. The first company we built was ANGO which was specialized in tooling manufacture, and we called it our headquarters. Our main business markets were Europe and America at that time. Then, we set up a new injection company YINTONG for injection, product assembly and surface treatment in 2007 as our business increased fast.
Our plants cover an area of 85,000 square feet and have 400 employees. We are able to build and supply 40~50 sets of molds per month. We are dedicated to the service of automotive parts, electronics, Home appliances, e-series, computer components, office equipment, medical apparatus and instruments, and aero parts. Our professional team and adequate business resources can guarantee us to provide our customers with one-stop service.
Our company values the principle of ''people first'', and the policy of "5 workdays and 8 working-hours per day" is implemented in our company. Our employees are happy to work at Ango Mould. All our new employees have to be trained for three months before working as qualified workers. Then retraining will be taken twice per month in the first half year. Quality Training is regularly held for continuous improvement and better production. Our Design Department has a group of professional mould designers. They are very familiar with the advanced software, such as UG, Pro/engineer, Solidworks, Auto CAD and Mastercam. Our company applies CAD/CAM/CAE integration to work process, mould design and NC programming. Mold flow analysis is also used to optimize mould layout and mould design.
Our engineers use the software mentioned above, to provide customers with cost effective design and technical support.
