Established in Nanning High-tech Industrial Development Zone in 2001, Nanning Shenhua VSR Institute is the sole nationwide research institute specializing in VSR technology research and equipment development and production, also a high-level VSR base and Grade A institute holding self-operated management right of foreign trade.

With complete professional allocation and mighty comprehensive power, Shenhua has always undertaken key tasks as theory research, technique research, equipment development and production, national standards formulation, technology development and planning, and others, and acted as an implementer of national 863 program of VSR technology!

In possession of seven types of totally 30 models of Shenhua full-automatic VSR devices, we have made the national VSR equipment reaching the international advanced level and established a leading and reliable foundation for popularizing and applying VSR technology in the world!

Owning abundant VSR technology theories and experiences, we have made thousands of work piece VSR techniques involving in all mechanical products, including those of railway switches, transformer tanks and still kettle pressure vessels which have been listed into professional standards by Ministry of Railways, State Grid and state pressure vessel departments and set up solid technique foundation for the successful application of VSR technology!

Shenhua has held international VSR technology seminars, made several themed reports in Mechanical Engineering Society annual conferences, military industrial technology seminars, heat treatment annual conferences and residual stress annual conferences, also published almost one hundred VSR papers on the state-level newspapers and magazines, compiled special works of "VSR technologies and equipment", conducted VSR technique training courses of many phases, and greatly promoted VSR popularization and application!
