Harbin Huijiabei Foods Co., Ltd. is a Sino US Joint Venture enterprise specializes in the R&D, manufacture and distribution of fine quality milk powder products. There are two 100,000 leveled GMP certified factories located in Shangzhi and Yichun of Heilongjiang Province which are both famous for its beautiful mountains and forest landscape. On the production line, what we always seeking for is the most advance technology, perfect manufacturing procedure and the finest ingredient ensuring to provide our best products. At present we have four series, more than 40 items including milk powder, soybean milk powder, milk protein powder and others. With Huitianli brand, our products have been distributing all over China. As to the export market, we are currently exporting our series products to more than 15 countries and regions including Asia, the Middle East, and Europe, with good reputation in the market.

Quality Control
Quantity Control has been our first priority. As one of very few milk powder manufacturers with mass production capability in China, we've been strictly following ISO-9001: 2000, ISO14001 / 2004, GBT 28001 / 2001, ISO 22000 / 2005, and GB 12693 / 2003 standard. In 2003, our company was awarded as well quality control enterprise in Heilongjiang Province and was recognized by China quality organization. In 2005, we were further certified for sanitary registration for export food. In 2006, we were awarded as fine quality and credibility enterprise in Heilongjiang Province.

Our Factories
Yimianpo Factory
Located in Heilongjiang Province Shangzhi City Yimianpo Town, it is well known for the green mountains and fresh air. It is also stated as provincial nature protection zone. Therefore, many organic foods manufacture bases are located here. Yimianpo Factory is built up based on 100,000 leveled GMP standard. Dry process technology has been applied to produce our formula milk powder, soybean milk powder and protein powder. There are 15 sets packing machines including Automatic Nitrogen gas bagging machine and vacuum sealing machine to reserve the most nutrients of products. Our current maximum daily production capacity can reach 110 metric tons.

Yichun Factory
Yichun is Located in Xiaoxinanlin mountain range of China, with dense forest, excellent pasture land, rich soil and unpolluted water. Yichun is also well recognized as Capital of Forest, country of soybean and milk. It is also awarded by UN as a successful model for balance development between city and nature. Besides the superb natural condition, our factory is well equipped accordingly with high pressure spry dry system, cyclone powder cylinder, and fluid bed cooling system, ensuring to provide the premier manufacturing procedure. Under such an outstanding condition, our Yichun Factory is able to process 120 metric tons fresh and unpolluted fine quality milk and soybean powder.
