Our products are in compliance with the food hygiene safety regulations of China, the USA and Europe. After more than ten years of development, 3N products have been used by many famous canned food companies in China. In particular, our products of organosol series have strong competition in the same line.
And now we have a series of coatings for metal food packaging with BPA free. Organosol coatings have solved the migration issues of PVC. The coating process is similar to the traditional process, but the curing condition is 180 degree celsius *12mimutes. The solid of organosol coatings is between 45% and 60%, coated once for general application.
