Taking advantages of the technical force of National Powder Metallurgy Engineering Research Center of Central South University, Hunan Injection High Technology Co., Ltd. (HIHT) is professional in using powder injection molding technology to manufacture various precise complex metal parts. Our company is now situated in Powder Metallurgy Research Institute of Central South University. We have built a new manufacturing production plant with an area of more than 33000sqm in total.

Powder injection molding is a brand new manufacturing method for metal and ceramic parts. The technological process is as follows: mixing metal or ceramic powder with a suitable binder at a certain temperature, producing homogeneous fedstock, forming the part by injection molding in a closed die, removing the binder and densifying the compact by high-temperature sintering.
