Xiangfan Tianjiu Chemical Co., Ltd. is a key enterprise of our group. Our company currently staffs 890 people and 280 relevant technicians. Our main products and production capacity are as follow: ammonia 60,000 tons/year, ammonium bicarbonate 140,000 tons/year, sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite 60,000 tons/year, formaldehyde 25,000 tons/year, and methanol 15,000 tons/year. In 2008, our company achieved the goal of 270 million Yuan of industrial output value and 250 million Yuan of sales income. Our sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate are all sold to domestic market and exported to Southeast Asia and other countries and regions. On September 1st, 2003, our products passed ISO9001 quality system certification. In April 2005, audited by China Famous Brand Management Center, "Tianjiu" and "Qingxiang" brands sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate, ammonium bicarbonate, formaldehyde, and methanol were awarded as "China's Famous Brand Products". On June 8th, 2006, Tianjiu was issued by Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau as "Safe Production License". On March 12th, 2007, State General Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision gave us the permission of "National Industrial Product Production" of industrial methanol, formaldehyde, and anhydrous ammonia. On June 20th, 2008, our company obtained an administrative installation of oil equipment to get the chemical engineering contraction qualification certification. On July 18th, 2008, we obtained the "dangerous chemical manufacturing standard enterprise certificate" issued by Provincial Safety Supervision Bureau.
Xiangfan Tianjiu Chemical Co., Ltd. made a large investment in Xiangfan Zedong Chemical Co., Ltd. Xiangfan Zedong Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale chemical enterprise of our group. The target is to produce 450,000 tons/year of sulfuric acid, 300,000 tons/year of ammonium phosphate, 100,000 tons/year of synthetic ammonia, 50,000 tons/year of formaldehyde, and 160,000 tons/year of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite. The output value and sales income break through 20 billion Yuan. Right now, on the first phase of the project, 200,000 tons of ammonium phosphate and 200,000 tons of sulfuric acid have been put into operation. On the second phase, 80,000 tons of sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite equipment installation is in progress, which will be put into operation at the end of this year.
