Nanchang Jiangling Group Liancheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (shorted for JLAP) was invested in by Jiangling Motor Co., Ltd. Group (shorted for JMCG) and Taiwan Liancheng Metal MFG. Co., Ltd. (shorted for TLMM). We are the key supplier in Taiwan area for Ford Global Purchasing System. JLAP was established in Oct. 2005. Our totally invested capital is US$ 15 million with the registered capital US$ 7.6 million. JMCG has 52.63% of share at US$ 4 million investment and TLMM has 43.37% of share at US$ 3.6 million of investment.
