Yantai Jin Shuangli Radiator Co., Ltd. is a Sino-US joint venture. Our company is located in Laiyang with convenient transportation access. Our company specializes in producing all kinds of internal combustion engine water radiators, charge air coolers and heaters. The main products include all-copper heat sinks, aluminum heat sinks and aluminum heat sinks with more than 300 specifications and varieties.
Our production plant covers 10,000 square meters, and the science and technology building covers 3,000 square meters. Our main production equipment is imported from the USA and Japan. Our company has domestic first-class professional equipment: nitrogen protecting tunnel brazing furnaces, automatic tube making machines, rolling machines and assembly machines. We have leak detectors and wind tunnel testing machines, such as pulse vibration table with the international advanced level.
Emphasizing on science and technology development, we have a group of senior business management personnel and engineers. Our company has got ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification.
Our annual production capacity is 100 million sets. With advanced equipment, strong technical force and perfect testing means, our products are sold to more than twenty provinces and autonomous regions, and some are exported to the United States and the Middle East.
