Yangzhou Chengde Heavy Machinery Co., Ltd is a large-scale processing enterprise, located in the Yanjiang Economic Development Zone, Jiangdu, Jiangsu Province. Our company was founded in 2008 and was put into operation in October, 2010, with the total investment of 1 billion RMB. Our company has the largest reciprocating reversible rolling mill in the world, 6300T hydraulic forging machines, 12 sets of car-bottom furnaces, 20 sets of heat treatment furnaces, heavy machinery processing equipment, assistance and finishing facilities and physical and chemical testing centers.
Main products includes nickel base alloy bars, pipe billets, shafts, round steel for bearing, shafts for gear machinery, 20-meter extra-long shafts, quenched and tempered plates and gear racks for marine engineering. Maximum weight of single forged piece and rolled piece is 70t and 30t respectively. The largest diameter of round bar can reach 1200mm. Maximum thickness of Plate can reach 600mm. We have 120 technical staff members and 500 workers.
We can produce stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and die steel shafts. Our products include nickel-base alloy, round steel and extra-thick plates, square steel, heavy molds, rings, bearing rings, flanges, large barrels, cylinders, rollers, pipe molds, gear shafts, stepped shafts, hollow shafts, rollers, large marine cranks, shafts of aero-generators, etc. All products can be produced as per GB, ASME, AISI, DIN, JIS and ISO9001 standards.
We got national invention and utility model patents for "New forging and rolling process". We inherit the excellent characteristics of innovative mechanisms and continuous research and development. Based on the unique new process, good product quality and wide product range, our company has become the most progressive heavy machinery manufacturer in the field. Our company has strong research and development capabilities and has been approved to establish the post-doctoral workstation. We have established a cooperative relationship with many domestic universities, research institutes and enterprises, and successfully developed large-diameter billets for manufacturing seamless steel pipes, such as P91, WB36 and 12Cr1MoVG.
