We boast several sets of high technology press-forging streamline manufacturing equipment and over 100 sets of precise digital control processing equipment, mainly including friction presses with complete sets from 300T to 1600T, 3T electro-hydraulic die forging hammers, D51-800E forging ring rolling machines, 750KW medium-frequency induction heating furnaces, semi-auto lathes with multi-tools and full-auto CNC lathes. The annual production output can reach over 8000T.
Our flanges can be made of stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy steel materials in accordance with such standards as GB (China), HG (China), SH (China), JB (China), ANSI/ASME B16.5 (the USA), JIS (Japan) and DIN, BS and EN Standards (Europe). Meanwhile, various highly difficult non-standard flanges and forging pieces can be made according to clients' special requirements. Our products sell well not only in a number of provinces in China, but also in many regions in the world, such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.
